1. Engagement Terms
Prasovia AI & Product Engineering provides specialized software architecture, AI system implementation, and end-to-end product development under signed Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW).
2. 100% Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon receipt of milestone payments as defined in the applicable SOW, 100% of the intellectual property, custom code, repository access, and associated design assets created for the client belong entirely to the client.
3. Delivery Standards & SLAs
We operate in disciplined weekly sprint cycles. All production code is subjected to automated regression suites, static analysis, and security scanning prior to staging and production deployment.
4. Confidentiality & NDA
We treat all client specifications, roadmaps, business logic, and data sources as strictly confidential. Mutual non-disclosure agreements are executed prior to deep architectural review.
